Able to make connection using PPPoE... Help!

I've been trying to make make connection through Connection Wizard using
PPPoE. I always get stuck at where it says "Click Connect using a broadband
connection that requires a user name and password. " because that option is
grayed out (inactive) and I simply cannot click on it. Only the 3rd option
is active. I know it has to be a simple setting difference. Somebody, help!
 
I once had this problem and had to reset a registry entry to reactivate this
option.

If noone replies with the correct steps you may need to follow up with
Microsoft techbnical support or search through their knowldgebase articles.
