I wouldn't recommend running any sort of RRAS on a DC or you'll have
mutliple issues arising from it. Highly recommended to use a member server.
Otherwise, I'm sure you'll probably be posting back with domain
communication problems.
That disclaimer said, if you really want to (or have no choice), install
Internet Authentication Services (IAS) thru Add/Remove, Windows Components.
