A7V8X-X does not weak up - why ??

Hello

I have got problem with my computer (PC clone) based on Asus A7V8X-X KT400.


My PC does not weak up at all. There is no bios post signals, no any sounds.
But green diode on mobo and yellow diode near integrated Lan
It is quit dead. I've cleared CMOS - nothing new...
Bios disappeared ? MB is not damaged, all components were veryfied. Cable,
wire and power switch also
What is with my asus ?

I had something similar with my A7V8X-MX but it ended up being the DIP
switches on the mb. The switches (on the -MX) are how you select FSB/CPU
clock frequency/etc. I had to modify their settings then it finally came up.
