a7v problem - 1 long, 2 short . 2 low beeps

Hello
I got a problem with my computer.
Last night I just turned it off before I went to bed as I always do.
Next day when I tried to turn it on it wouldn't start at all - all I
got was black screen.
I tried removing stuff and I ended up with just MB + CPU + RAM.
What I get is 1 long high beep followed by 2 short beeps and after
pause one very low beep followed by even lower one.
My MB is A7V, CPU is T-bird 900 MHz and I tried all of my 3 SDRAMS.
I had this computer for almost 3 years.
Any idea what it could be ? Did I fry my CPU ? In that case how likely
is it that MB is fried too ? Is there anything else I could try ?

According to my manual video error is 1 long followed by 3 short, not
2.
Anyway I tried 3 different video cards and it's the same thing.
I'd like to at least figure out if both my MB and CPU are fried or if
its just one thing.
