A7N8X - SATA without RAID?

I have an A7N8X Deluxe and have never used the Serial ATA support. I am
seeing some attractive specials on large-capacity SATA drives, and would
like to add some storage. I am not particularly interested in setting up a
RAID array, and I don't want to re-install my operating system (Windows XP)
on the new drive -- I just want an additional hard drive for storage.

Can anyone point me to a good source of basic information about installing
drivers for the SATA support on the A7N8X Deluxe. without RAID and without
making it the boot drive?

Thanks very much.

What do you need to know? Buy the drive, plug it in, make sure the SATA
controller isn't disabled with the jumper and that the drivers are installed
(check my FAQ for latest versions) and off you go. You'll need to partition
and format the drive, which you should be able to do from windows or fdisk.
