Can anyone tell me if the following is normal?

CPU = 55C
MB = 27C
+12 = 12.288
+5 = 5.053
+3.3 = 3.36
VCore = 1.728

I'm running a volcano 11 @ 3200 speed. Room temp is 27 C

No,
Seems too high on the CPU - if you are using the Asus Probe then the
readings are from the socket not diode. To give you some idea my temps under
full CPU load are: Socket-28 diode-30, case 20

I would suggest you look at the installation of your heat sink, re-apply
thermal paste. You have a decent HSF combo and this does seem very high
