A7N8X Deluxe SATA doesn't warm boot

I have an A7N8X-Deluxe revision 2.0 board with a single seagate sata drive and several IDE drives. Booting from the SATA works only when the pc is switched on (cold boot). If I reboot it (warm boot) it hangs after selecting a boot device. I just says "booting for CD" even though no CD is in the DVDROM.

Is this a known issue and is there a fix? Using BIOS 1007.

I have the same setup and it warm boots fine from the SATA
Seagate....maybe your power supply ??
