A7N8X CPU External Frequency Setup

I am running a AMD Athlon XP 2400 processor. What is the correct CPU
external frequency setting in the advanced chipset features setup.
 
133MHz if a Tbred, 166MHz if a Barton(rare)
Ram PC2100(133mhZ(DDR266)) or for Barton, PC2700(166MHz(DDR333))
