A64 3500+ Venice and Epox 9NDA3+

Tried to use an Athlon 64 3500+ Venice in 2 Epox 9NDA3+ mobo's and no
go. Only way to get them to power up is to hold the power switch in
and turn the power on, on the UPS or Power Strip.

Bad CPU? Or is this combo just a no go.

BTW ... An Athlon64 Winchester 3200+ powers up and runs fine in both
of the Epox 9NDA3+.

Power Supply is an Enermax 460W

Latest BOIS in both mobo's.

My wag would be a PSU problem assuming what you mean is they boot up
using the unorthodox method of turning the system on.

Hmmm didnt I say I have the latest BOIS? Anyway, update is that I
tried a 550 watt PS and it still wont boot, so I got another mobo
(Gigabyte) and it boots fine even with an Enermax 380 watt PS.

It seems like the 9nda3+ just doesnt like the 3500+ Venice Core.
