A Webservice problem

Hi all, good morning
(im using vs2005)
I want to commulicate with a web service in c# i did followed all the
instructions in the book.
i have tried it and worked perfectly in my local machine but,
as i tried to do with one of the webservice in internet there was a
problem.
the problem is my maching needs a proxy authentication for the external
web service
even after providing authentication a message is popd up saying unable
to download wsdl file
what should i do please help
