A small problem

Can anyone tell me why since upgrading to XP Home whenever I open a web
page it always approx half size and I have to click the page size icon to
make it bigger. Canyou tell me how to stop it happening.

Open one page, find a link on that page, right click on it, and select open
in new window. Close the first page, leaving the second one open. Drag the
corners of it (do not use the option to maximize) to the lower right and
then to the upper left to make it full size again. Then close that page.
Windows remembers - and ignores the maximize feature - the last open window
size.
