a runtime error has occured

i keep getting this message like over 200 times a day
while trying to view web pages, it gives me the option of
saying yes or no, the yes option is for some kind of
debug script program, but i never mess with that and
most of the time when i click no it goes away, but theres
one site where i click no and it pops back up and wont
let me do anything. its driving me insane, anyone know
what the deal with it is?

Go to internet options, go to the last tab, and inside theres something that
says disable script debugging, check it.
