A reoccuring meeting I organized has now disappeared from my cale.

I have set up a reoccuring meeting request and now it has disappeared in my
calendar (the organizer). Anyone out there have an answer.

Are you sure you didn't delete it?
If you're on Exchange, have you asked your IT staff? Perhaps they're running
policies on the server to purge older items.
