A program trying to access my addresses.

Everytime I hit the new button to write an e-mail, I get a
microsoft warning "A program is trying to access e-mail
addresses you have stored in outlook. Do you want to allow
this?"
"If this is unexpected, it may be a virus and you should
choose No" How do I get rid of this problem. It has been
happening ever since I did security updated on the
microsoft web site.
