A PROGRAM TO LIST ALL INSTALLED PROGRAMS ON A SYSTEM

I need a program which will list all installed programs on a system as
an aid to reinstalling form scratch. Any ideas would be appreciated.

Thanks I appreciate it. The last vbs script was really good. I'm
trying to make my own recovery cd with the install, the right firewall
software, any scripts to quickly give me info on my system. so if I can
get a small script to run and return the information I want then that's
perfect because then I don't have to install it.
