a problem with gigabyte MA790X-DS4 MB

i'm not sure if i'm posting in the right forum, if i'm not could
someone direct me to the right one, well i'm building my gaming PC, so
i put my parts together, and fired it up, it worked well for 2 days
then, on the 3rd day the system just froze, nothing was working, the
hdd light wasn't even lighting, so the only thing to do was to
restart, then it did it again, so i figured it was the cpu, but the
temps were ok 38 degrees celcius, so i thought it was my graphics card
(MSI RX3850 T2D512E), but temps checked out good there too, 41 degrees
celcius, and i switched out the RAM, with the same results. then i
decided to take out everything, and leave it overnight, in anti-static
bags, so the next day, i fired up again, this time my system speaker,
is just stuck at BEEEEEEEEEEEEPPPPPPPPPP!, and it just dosen't come
off, now the system works fine, boots and stuff, but this beep, dosent
come off, so i upgraded the bios, but no luck, so i pulled out
everything from the board and then put it back, which worked for one
day, until i started the system the next day, and the BEEP was back,
so right now i'm at a loss here, does anyone have any advice, will be
much appreciated.

Please post brand and model of your power supply?

In addition to brand and model mention if it's new or old.

Also try setting the bios to default values, and possibly running the RAM at
a a step below its specified speed settings.

well i tried under clocking the CPU, the ram, I've tried a new
processor, new ram, new power supply, new graphics card, no
peripherals attached, and same problem, it still sticks+the BEEP that
dosent go away , i changed the system speaker but the beep is still
there, i had speedfan on it and it said temp3 was at 83degrees
Celsius, but i touched every part of the board but nothing feels that
hot, i even tried it with the board out of the case thinking something
may be shorting but not so, i came to the conclusion the board is
defective, since i took my cpu, ram, power supply, graphics card,
dvdrw drive and hdd and put it up on my friends board and they worked,
on high load for 2hours
