A problem of Excel.

Hi, Can you help me? I have a problem of Excel.
When I open a my file Excel, which has storage 1.41 M,
appear this message
"The Instruction at "0x308cfad5" referenced memory at
0x01326000. The memory could not be read
Click on OK to terminate the program
Click on Cancel to debug the program"

But other files *.Xls don’t appear that message
This data is impotant for me. Please help me. Thank you
very much.

Hi hieuttm, sorry I'm not sure it works...but please try.

* After disable Macro, try to open that file.
* Delete all .emp files and .tmp files in the TEMP folder.
* Open that file in Excel XP and later.

Hi
Could someone please help me with a particular problem that occurs. the
problem is that I can access the code but when I run the code an error
message 32811 comes up for which I have tried to find but are unable to and
then excel 97 wont shut down.

could someone please explain to me what going on and how to fix it or find
out how please
