I'm getting the error:
a network error occurred while attempting to read from the file dhtmlED.msi

dhtmlED.msi is a file downloaded from MS to fix a problem with vista. I
can't get it to install.

Help?

No, it is an msi package. So it doesn't "run", it "installs" (as per
the menu box. There isn't an option to install as admin. I am the
admin anyways though.
