A mysterious file

This am zone alarm asked to allow acess for simp;y an updateer program to run. then it asked to let trickler3103_pic_fs_dmtp_3103.exe access the internet. I scanned the file with norton it found nothing is this file a virus? is it a windows file? I would appreciate and help you can offer

This sounds about as suspicious as it gets. I would never allow such a file
to run. If it is not a virus then it is probably some spyware, advertising
program or pornographic stuff. You might find it quite hard to get rid of
it.

is it safe to delete the file? its in a folder all on its own.

If unsure, rename the file to make it ineffective. Wait a week or two, then
delete it for good if all is well.

By the way: If you check Google for trickler3103 then you'll find a few
references, most of which suggest that this might be some spyware.

well here we go I found the file and its gator! Thanks for your help I found it on the norton site http://securityresponse.symantec.com/avcenter/venc/data/adware.gator.html I hope this may help others.
