A Little String Manipulation

Hi,

I have a field in a table which has been imported from an old spreadsheet
which contains client names in the format of <firstname> <surname>.

In my database I want to split the names into seperate fields.

Can someone please give me a pointer on getting just the first name and just
the last name.
