A Little Box In the Corner and no page

Hi, I have started getting my bank statements online and
when I click on the link to get the page all I get is a
little block in the upper left corner and on the bottom it
says done but there is nothing there. I am using XP home
addition. I click on the box and nothing happens. This
happens with some of the web pages I visit too. Any clue
as to how to get the page I am looking for. Thanks in
advance.

Might be your cache is full, in IE, tools, Internet Options, delete files.

Nope, that didn't work, the box has a small square, then a
circle then a triangle in it. Is really small.
