A Freeware Version Of The Roxio Easy CD/DVD Creator DirectCD?

I am looking for a Windows XP Freeware that allows the user to write
and to delete (not just to replace the files that have the same file
names) to CDs and DVDs as if they were a normal drive. Actually, I am
looking for a freeware version of the Roxio Easy CD/DVD Creator
DirectCD.

You mean you're looking for a freeware program that implements UDF
formatting of CDs and DVDs. See the (very long) thread originally titled
"CDRW Utility wanted"
