I have designed a form, look at it in form view. It looks fine. I want to
print a proof of it. I go to print preview and there's nothing there. why
won't it show up and print?

If this helps, When I have a header, the header only shows on the print
preview...no detail. I just built another small form as a test and the same
thing happens.

Forms only print when there is data. You can't easily print a blank form.

(same as a report actually)

There is free software called printkey that you can use to capture your
screen and then use the rectangle tool to cut the form out, copy it and then
paste it into a document or paint to print it.

Also, you can temporarily enable the Popup property of the form. Then
<Alt-PrtScrn> will capture just the form instead of the entire Access
window.
