a e-mail has been sending for 24 hrs and i want to stop it

i sent my friend a large file with some video clips in it yesterday and the
e-mail is still sending 24 hours on i want to delete it and send them another
way but when i click delete it says it can not delete as outlook has already
started transmitting it what can i do to delete it and stop sending it.

account will be deleted without reading.

i am using office 2003
i sent her some footage from the camcorder and it is still sending from
thursday tea time

Hello Brian,

I just wanted to say thank you for this information. The instructions at the
point of delivery in the editor are a little bit shaky. But it has worked and
I am very pleased to be rid of those false messages trying to Send.
