A Central Location for Emails

I have a question. I need to have a copy of all the emails coming in
to go to a central location on the network server. This will enable
all the users that do order entry to be able to see what orders have
been fulfliled and and which ones have not been filled. Is there a way
to have all the emails downloaded to the network server so that all
the data entry people cn review and fullfil them?
