A background word "DRAFT" on the printout

I have done a preliminary spreadsheet and want to share with my co-workers to
see whether it needs any change. In order to not confuse them it's a final
version of the product, I want to have a "DRAFT" word on the printout. Does
anyone know how to do it? Please advise

You can create an image file with the word "draft" in it and sized to match
your page size and place it in your page header.
