D davidbrowne17 Nov 12, 2003 #2 highlight the ROWS you wish to hide then click on DATA>GOUP AN OUTLINE>GROUP This will add a small - sign on the row heading, clicking this wil then close or open the group. this can be nested for a number of rows or collums as required. ( if you need to HIDE the same - use the same method but select HID not GROUP AND OUTLINE) Dav
