9700 Pro DVI Out

I am running my PC into my Panasonic PT-L500U Projector via DVI cable. I
have the Catalyst CC set at 1280 x 720 but I see that I am missing part of
the screen all along the bottom (Part of the start button on the taskbar).
Are there any settings in CCC that can compensate for this?

Any chance that this is an optical problem (bottom of the projector
image cut off)?
 
No there is still unused space on the screen. I was thinking this might be
an overscanning problem, but I haven't seen anyplace in the Catalyst CC to
adjust that.
