97 Axcess won't start in XP

XP tells me I am out of memory when I try to run 97 Axcess.

Does the computer have more than 1 GB of RAM? If so, then the computer needs
to have Jet 3.51 installed. For more information, please see the following

You may download this version of Jet from the following Web page, but you'll
need to install MS Office 97 SR-2 first:

If you need MS Office 97 SR-2, then you may download it from the following

Of course, MS Office 97 SR-2 needs to have SR-1 installed first, but your
copy of Office 97 should already have that.
