9500 pro /Asus P4C800E-DLX

After installing the 9500 Pro (rev -00) on the Asus P4C800E-DLX my cpu speed
shows 2.399 with utils such as WCPUID and SisSandra. I had the PNY GF4
ti4400 installed and the cpu speed was showing 2405.

I have 450w PSU and the card is plugged properly to a single molex
connector.

Any ideas? Thanks.
