822618 INFO: Availability of Windows 2000 Post-Service Pack 4 COM+Hotfix Rollup Package 27

I am trying to resolve the following problem at a customer:

"COM+ Services DLL Cannot Load Because Allocation of Thread Local
Storage Fails"

KB article 822618 says I need "Windows 2000 Post-Service Pack 4 COM+
Hotfix Rollup Package 27".

Does this mean that this is some kind of "add-on" for Windows 2000
Post-Service Pack 4. So SP4 should already be installed? And this fix
will be implemented in a future major SP(5)?


I found the following DLL's versions.
Can someone verify if I still need this "Post-Service Pack 4 COM+ Hotfix"?

Catsrv.dll listed in http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?kbid=822618 is
version 3.0.0.3505 and dated 03-Jul-2003, so I would say say that you have not
KB822618 installed.
