8004155 error in COM+ configuration

Hi,

After installing IIS, I noticed that I couldn't launch ASP pages. HTML
works good, but I get an internal server error with ASP pages.

After many searches, it seems to come from COM+. So, I did this :

- rename clbcatq.dll to ~clbcatq.dll
- reboot
- delete COM3 registry key
- Add/Remove programs, and make a default install of Windows Components

But during this installation of Windows Components, this error appears
(in french) :

"Le sous-composant COM+ a provoqué une exception lors du traitement du
message du programme d'installation OC_COMPLETE_INSTALLATION.
