hmmm...

looking around at PC's, what do u think of this...

FX55
XP PRO
1 GIG dual channel mem
320 sata HD
2 x 256mb ddr3 NVIDIA 6800 ULTRA PCI-E (how much better than GT r these... extra 100£ apparantly)
dvd-rom
onboard sound
cordless keyboard and mouse
microsoft works 8.0
2 year on-site warrenty and 3 years Return to base...
£2096.08 + delivery..??

thats a nice system that one......i could make it XP home and save 40, get GT's instad of ultras and save 100

when do XP plan to bring out 64 XP

Seany did you forget to choose a motherborad?

Definatly go XP home, do you need 320Gb? I haven't been able to fill up my 2x 80Gb SATA drives (RAID) yet...

Get raptors if you can...

your right, i wont fill 320 gigs!

raid 0 is the one for gamers aint it....
i've read qutie abit about RAID and its very touchy subject...
alot of ppl say u would be better with raptors

... its a Asus nForce4 SLI motherboard,

Cheers for the help guys and gurls, ordering PC as soon as i get enough money (so nearly there)!
building my own pc would end up costing me more that configuring it and letting sum1 else build it!!
i'll hang around anyways
