Hi Edo,

Try using Text to Columns,

1) Select your data
2) Data > Text to Columns
3) Choose Delimited as your Data Type
4) Click Next
5) Check Other as your delimiter and type the hyphen into the box next
to it
6) Click OK/Finish

Choose Data/Text to Columns. Select the Delimited radio button. Click
next. Check the Other checkbox and insert a hyphen in the textbox. Click
Finish.
