How do I show the following view;
Monday to Saturday (I dont need Sunday to be shown)

Use your control key and highlight the selected days in the date navigator.
You will need to recreate the view each time you open the calendar folder
since it is not a default view.

Heh, two MVPs missing the easiest answer.

Go to Tools / Options / Preferences Tab / Calender Options. There are tick
boxes for each day that you want to see in the 'work week' view.

Nope - did not miss that - I use it extensively, but our way is faster.

agreed, but my way makes it the default, and you can move from week to week
more easily.
