5737 defs released

So far no looping using the 615 version.
There is still a bug connected with the definitions.
Just upgraded to defs 5737, and while MSAS reports that I have the
latest updates, and that I have defs 5737, the Summary Report states
that my defs were last updated on July 18 to defs 5735, not July 22
and defs 5737. So the Summary Report is not being updated (if other
parts of MSAS are correct in saying that I was updated to defs 5737.)

I have subsequently rebooted, and the Summary Report now shows that
MSAS was updated to defs 5737, with the correct date and time of
update. This is puzzling. Is it a bug, or normal behavior? Is it
always a good idea to reboot the computer each time I update MSAS?

I'm not sure what happened--whether something really changed with the files
over the reboot, or just the appearance on the summary page. I have noticed
on a couple of machines today that upon a supposed update, the Help, About
info has changed, but the summary page (still on the screen) has not
updated. I'm unclear when it does update--exiting the UI and re-starting
it, I would think would do it, but didn't take the time to check carefully.

Your assumption is right. Exit and re-start works for me.

Thanks--definitely adds to the uncertaintly level over update issues,
though. I don't expect this to persist with beta2/

Same here. My MSAS reported 5735 (july 23rd, 15:00:15) in the System Summary
and "Your definitions are currently up to date". Because 5737 was out
according to this group, I clicked File, Check for updates... Nothing came
in, date/time remained unaltered, but the version number was corrected from
5735 to 5737.
I even think I heard a little voice "oops, sorry, I forgot that" from my
speakers ;-)

You are seeing a long-extant bug where the current version in place is
reported wrongly.
