554 5.7.1 Header forgery attempt - rejected

I recently purchased a new computer and reloaded my old MS Outlook 2003 and I
am getting the "Subject" message when I try to reply or forward a message.
This new computer has McAfee Security Center software. I had Norton before.
How do i address this problem?
 
As a test, have you tried turning off the McAfee mail features, if they
exist. I've never used McAfee's product but it might be mucking around with
outbound mail.
