Hello, What does "553 sorry, that domain isn't in my list of allowed
rcpthosts (#5.7.1)" mean and how do I fix this error message?

Generally means that the ISP needs to be contacted because it isn't
accepting mail from the IP address assigned to your computer.

It is a typical error for unauthorized relay. Sometimes fixed by checking,
"My server requires authentication"; but, generally, dependent upon your
email service provider, and how you connect.

Go into the account settings defined within Outlook and authenticate to
the SMTP mail host.
