550 relaying

I am trying to do a email blast of about 100 company names
and i cant get it to work. The 550 relaying is prohibited
message says it wont work...what can i do/

the (insert latest virus name here) virus, all mail sent to my personal
account will be deleted without reading.

After searching google.groups.com and finding no answer, carol asked:
