550 Please configure your mail client to use authentication.

One of my users is getting this error when sending to certain addresses:

550 Please configure your mail client to use authentication.

How do I configure Outlook 2002 to do this? I appreciate the assistance.

Tools | Email Accounts | View/Change an existing account | highlight an
account and select change button. From there you select advanced and go to
the server tab to configure outgoing security.
