500 ORT Not Understood error message

When I attempt to publish my web site with FP 2002 it runs for a while (I am
republishing my whole site to a new server) and then stops with an error
message

500 ORT not understood
500 LPRT not understood

Any idea what causes this and a way around it? I've searched the knowledge
base and there is no mention of this error anywhere....way to go
Microsoft.....you'd think they'd at least have a list of possible error
messages with their explanations! Even if the explanation was---unexpected
error undefined!

This is a firewall related issue, not Microsoft or FrontPage.
Try searching Google by inputting the error messages. You'll find much
information.
