4870 / vuescan / multiple slides?

I have a 4870 and I have been reading nice reviews of vuescan. Does
it (vuescan) work with my inserts that allows me to load a bunch of
negatives or slide and get a separate scan of each?

Yes, but it's a bit hard to set up. Go to the crop tab and add the
number of images in the x and y directions. You then have to set the
interframe x and y spacing. When you return to the first tab you
will see a new option for which frame to scan. You can select one
or a group by number.

Wes

Yes but it's not worth the bother. The default Epson software works great.
