Hello,

I have a harddrive that is 250GB large. My system is unable to read the
full harddrive. I have Service Pack 4 installed. I have the latest BIOS, I
made the necessary Registry settings. Yet I still can see the whole
harddrive unless I go into Disk Management, but it shows that space as
unallocated. I do not wish to make another partition if I dont have to. I
was wondering if anyone has any idea on what else I could do so that I can
read the full capacity of the harddrive. Thank you in advance for your
assistance.

There are no native tools to extend an existing partition. You'll either
need to recreate the partition or look to a third party tools to extend the
partition such as Partition Magic.

Thats because you formated prior to enabling biglba.
You iether need to create a new partition in free space or delete partition
and reformat the whole.
