I get a error-403 forbbin to some secure websites on a
win xp home edition pc. I can go to the same website on
another machine on same dsl line and access it. Can
anyone tell me waht to do?

Open Regedit.exe and go to this key below

"HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Lsa"

Make sure that this value displayed below is set to 0

"fipsalgorithmpolicy" (you don't need this unless you're using EFS which is not avalible in XP Home)

NOTE: "fipsalgorithmpolicy" is a REG_DWORD value by the way

That fixed one of the sites I was having problems with,
but the one site that we use for business, will not let
me in on this computer. This is a site you have to put a
password in to enter it. It works on the other office
computers but not this one. I just get the 403 error
forbidden.
