401 Unauthorized error message

Hi again,

Can someone explain the meaning of the following I.E. error message:

401 Unauthorized
Access to this resource is denied; your client has not supplied the correct
authentication.

I get the error above when trying to access my routers configuration web
page. I think the error may be tied to data I entered into SP2 Wireless
Network Setup Wizard, but I cannot confirm it.

It means you're not entering the correct name and password in the
authentication dialog that pops up, or in the wizard setup.

Dan,

I noticed that if I use different web browsers (Netscape 7 and Opera) I can
access http://www.routerlogin.net, but I get an error message when I use
I.E.6.

This problem showed up after I installed SP2 and used Wireless Network
Configuration Wizard.

Does anyone know why only I.E. has this problem? Can I.E. be fixed so it
will access that URL?
