4 bits color, help!

My screen is kinda messed up, Its on 4 bits color and 600 x 800 Screen res. Cant change, and yes ive checked the Windows help thing, Didnt help at all... plz help!
 
Go to your video card manufacturer's website and download the latest driver
for your card.
