My query regarding Logo Requirement 2.7 has been unanswered since July 22.
Is this the wrong forum?? Is there some other location within MS where I
can ask questions regarding the requirements & certification process??

Well, WHQL folks are like fairy folk, but a bit more rotund and ponderous.
Fairy folk flit from flower to flower humming sweet little songs. WHQL folk
blunder and plunder through the flower bed mumbling "it ain't our fault" and
grumbling "no one likes us".
