Does anyone know of any 3rd party tools that
will allow me to transfer files, copy or paste in a remote session...between
machines,
where the Server is Windows 2000 server and the remote machine is
XP pro?

Well, if you use either a VPN link or Remote Desktop to
access the W2K server from the XP Pro box you can
transfer files using copy-n-paste.

You need to be running Terminal Services on the W2K
Server in order to access the server with Remote Desktop.

I tried remote desktop between two winxp machine and you
cannot copy-n-paste are you suppose to be able too??
