There certainly are....You can take a look at the Microsoft Plus! Digital Media
Edition for some real smooth stuff or www.pixelan.com for some great effects
and transitions

Oops !!! I forgot to mention Microsoft's Winter pack of add ons as
well.....their snow effect is very good indeed
