3Com 3c980c-TXM Driver Compatibility

I have the drivers for the two on board NIC's on my mother board. When I
installed these I got a message that they were not for this platform. I am
curious if anyone has drivers that will work with VISTA so that I can install
them and update the installation and activate it?
